Return PolicyWe want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following return policy.
All returns must include original packaging and original attached tags and must include a completed Return Material Authorization (RMA) form. Contact our for an RMA#. We will not accept any returns without an RMA#.
Items are exchangeable for size only!
You must request an exchange within 10 days of receiving your order, and we must receive the returned items within 14 days after providing you with an RMA#. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend shipping items insured with tracking numbers, as we are not responsible for lost shipments. Shipping charges are not refundable and return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. Returns and exchanges will be shipped using standard ground freight.
All exchanges are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
Cancelled orders are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. This charge will not apply to cancellations due to our errors or our inability to ship your order within our stated terms.
Returned goods that have obviously been worn, are not authorized with a completed RMA form, or are received after the return period has expired will be returned to the customer and charged for return freight. Items which have had the tags removed will be considered worn and may not be returned or exchanged.
Items marked as "Special Order" are final sales.

For health reasons panties, thongs, teddies and men's shorts can not be exchanged or returned.
Any item that has been worn can not be exchanged or returned.
Prepackaged items, such as hosiery and bodystockings cannot be returned if the package has been opened.
Shipping Policy and FeesPlease allow up to 10 business days for your order to ship. We work hard to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery time depends upon product availability and transit time. To estimate the time it will take until you receive your order use the following equation:
Availability + Shipping Time = Total Delivery Time To Your Door
Priority shipping does not guarantee delivery by the next day due to handling and availability. Cancelled orders are subject to cancellation fees .
We will provide you with a "Shipping Notification" email when your order is shipped. This notification will include, when available, the carrier's tracking #.
Reshipments due to incomplete or improper shipping addresses will be charged additional freight at our regular, non-discounted rate for the method selected at checkout.
